general policies

This is the fine print, but without the fine print. Show up on time, be nice, and let’s make magic happen. Everything you need to know to optimize your time and mine.

• booking by appointment only; walk-ins are not available

• when booking online, please schedule on the hour (for example, at 5:00, not 5:15)

• any cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee; any services cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee

• clients who reschedule 2+ times for the same service will be charged an additional 50% fee

color service policies

A portion of the total cost upfront will hold us both accountable and ensure you get the time your service requires. Guessing isn’t my style, so let’s talk everything out! Major changes or corrections? Plan for extra time (and budget). If you’ve been DIY-ing it at home, please tell me upfront—no judgment, just honesty.

• all color services are at minimum $200 for two hours, and $100 per additional hour

• all color services require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your appointment

• color service bookings are not available online; please schedule for a “color service consultation” so we can begin your journey in person!
